On the instructions of Collector Shivam Verma, Additional Collector TN Singh took a review meeting of CM Helpline in Sheopur Collectorate meeting room on Friday evening. During this, instructions have been issued to 16 officers to submit their reply within three days by issuing show cause notices for not redressing the complaints of CM Helpline.
Additional Collector TN Singh, during the review of the CM Helpline, directed the officers to ensure that the demand-related CM Helpline should be resolved as per the eligibility in the scheme. He said that the departmental officer himself should talk to the complainant over the phone and resolve his grievance and get the complaint closed after satisfaction.
SDM Lokendra Saral, ACEO District Panchayat Govind Singh Rajawat, Tehsildar Sanjay Jain, Tehsildar Baroda Bharat Nayak, Naib Tehsildar Raghavendra Kushwaha, CMHO Dr. BL Yadav, Manager Public Service Yogesh Purohit and other officers were present in the meeting.

During the review meeting, LDM Sudhir Kumar Gupta, Principal College Sheopur Dr. SD Rathore, CMHO Dr. BL Yadav, Civil Surgeon Dr. RB Goyal, CEO District Sheopur Govind Singh Rajawat, Vijaypur Balveer Singh for being apathetic in resolving the complaints of CM Helpline during the review meeting Kushwaha, Karahal Abhishek Trivedi, City Council Vijaypur CMO Pradeep Sharma, Assistant Manager Power Distribution Center Raghunathpur Pradeep Kumar Sanodia, Virpur Tulsiram Sallam, Vijaypur Sanjay Shakya, Dhodhar Mohammad Anas Hashmi, Junior Engineer Electricity Distribution Area Karahal Ashish Singh Jadaun, Vijaypur Akhilesh Singh, Show cause notices have been issued to Baroda Lokendra Singh, Assistant Labor Officer Omprakash Sharma.
