Kabul Blast: At least 21 people were killed and 60 injured in a blast at a mosque in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. There was an explosion in the mosque of Khair Khana area when people were offering Maghrib prayers. Kabul Security Department spokesman Khalid Zadran confirmed the blast, saying that a bomb exploded in a mosque in Kabul’s PD 17. He said that security forces have reached the area and all the injured are being taken to the hospital. The imam of the mosque, Mawlawi Amir Mohammad Kabuli, was also killed in the blast.
