Standing committees to be formed for the development of the village in Rajgarh will be formed in the meeting of the district panchayat to be held on August 30. The formation of standing committees of Rajgarh district panchayat will be completed on August 30, 2022 at 12:00 noon in the meeting room of the district panchayat.
Additional Collector and Presiding Officer Kamalchandra Nagar has requested to be present on this occasion from MP Rajgarh parliamentary constituency or give written consent to nominate two co-opted members in any two committees of their choice by the appointed date. Similarly, he has urged the MLAs of the district Rajgarh, Khilchipur-Zirapur, Sarangpur, Narsinghgarh and Biaora to be present on this occasion or give their consent in writing to make them ex-officio members in any two committees of their choice by the appointed date.
Along with this, he has also urged all the newly elected members of the District Panchayat to be present in the meeting room of the District Panchayat on August 30, 2022 at 12:00 noon during the process of formation of Standing Committees of the District Panchayat.
