At the same time, in the meeting, the BLO was given special training about Garuda App in relation to Aadhaar collection and authentication of electors by the Under Electoral Officer of Ballia subdivision Diwakar Das and Ballia BDO Sudhir Kumar. Whereas, all the BLOs were instructed by the Sub-Divisional Officer Ballia to go door-to-door to collect the Aadhaar of the electors and authenticate them through Garuda App.
