There was a stir after the body of the youth was found in the Durgyana temple of Amritsar. Seeing the people who came to pay obeisance at the temple in the morning, they informed the Durgyana temple managers. The police reached the spot and took the dead body into custody. No suicide note was found from the youth. The deceased youth has been identified as Karan Kumar, a resident of Namak Mandi in Gali Ganda.

Durgyana temple outpost in-charge Ashwini Kumar informed that in the morning information was given about the dead body being found in the outpost on behalf of the Durgyana committee. After which the body was taken out from the lake. There was an envelope in the pocket of the dead body, which contained a copy of the Aadhar card. Only then the youth could be identified. At present, the body has been kept in the mortuary. Post-mortem of the dead body will be done after the paperwork.
