How to participate in the auction?
To participate in the e-auction, you need to visit the official website of the bank’s e-sale portal ibapi.in. You will have to register on the e-auction platform with your registered mobile number and email ID. The challan has to be generated using NEFT option by clicking on the link “Pay Pre-Bid EMD”. After this, he has to go to the bank to make NEFT payment.
The IBAPI portal is a project of the Indian Banks Association (IBA). On which the mortgaged property is then sold by public sector banks in online auctions.
For the KYC of the participants of the mortgage, it is necessary to have a PAN card, address proof nearby. Prospective buyers participating in the e-auction can register under the categories comprising Individuals, Group of Individuals, Firms, Companies, Co-operative Societies/Trusts, Government Departments or PSUs.
