District President Janardan Mishra said, “The police is working on the behest of the BJP in violation of the rules, because the BJP government does not want to allow farmers to come to Delhi at any cost. He warned the government that if Tikait will soon If he is not released, then the farmers will be forced to jam the highway, which will be the responsibility of the government administration.

“Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait was going to Delhi to join the dharna of the unemployed. Detaining them in this way is an attack on our democratic rights,” he said.
