The day after the CBI raid on Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur has attacked the AAP government. Thakur not only called the Kejriwal government Revdi and Bevdi government, but also took a jibe at Sisodia’s name in the liquor scam that now Manish’s spelling has become MONEY SHH in his name.

Anurag Thakur said that if the liquor policy was fine then why did you take it back? Your condition was such that if the thief saw a straw in his beard, he shaved his beard to escape. Similarly, when Manish Sisodia and Arvind Kejriwal saw corruption in the liquor policy, they withdrew the liquor policy.

Thakur’s question- whether the contract was given to the blacklisted companies or not?
The Union Minister raised the question, ‘If manufacturing companies were not allowed to sell liquor in retail, then why were they allowed under this policy? Why were contracts awarded to cartel companies?’ Was the contract awarded to the blacklisted companies or not? This Aam Aadmi Party government is Revdi Sarkar and Bewadi Sarkar.

Sisodia said – will arrest me in two-four days
Earlier, Manish Sisodia also held a press conference on Saturday. He said that Delhi’s excise scheme is the best scheme. This can be an example in the country. Yesterday there was a CBI raid at my house. All the officers were good. Everyone’s behavior was very nice. I was not bothered by them. In two to four days they will arrest me, put me in jail.

Sisodia said that yesterday was in the midst of uninvited, unwanted guests, with whom no one likes to live. After that I thought whether I should come here (in the program) or not. I thought I was there to do this work and not what had to be done yesterday. Sisodia said that Delhi’s liquor policy is the best.

  • Two former top officials of the Excise Department and a current officer are also among those who have prepared the blueprint for this policy.
