In Raisen, Bhujariya Milan ceremony and lehenga competition were organized under the aegis of Shri Hindu Utsav Samiti near Mata Mandir intersection located at district headquarters on Thursday. In which lehenga troupes of half a dozen surrounding villages including the district city participated and captivated the audience while performing the lehenga. Narapura, Salera, Sundan, Amravad etc. teams participated in the competition.
Senior BJP leader Mudit Shejwar, former municipal president Jamna Sen, Hindu Utsav Samiti President Patiram Prajapati, social worker Mahesh Srivastava, former Napadhyay Rajkumar Yadav, and many senior leaders were present as the chief guest of the program. The presidents of the lehenga troupes participating in the lehenga competition were welcomed and honored by the Shri Hindu Utsav Samiti and given shields.
