ATS will face terrorists: 10 days custody of terrorist Sabauddin, 12 days custody remand of Nadeem and Habibul

On terrorist remand from today, ATS will search for allies.

UP ATS will confront Jaish-e-Mohammed’s Nadeem arrested from Saharanpur and Habibul of Fatehpur during their custody remand with ISI’s Sabauddin Azmi of Azamgarh. The special NIA/ATS court has granted 12 days police custody remand to Nadeem and Habibul and 10 days to Sabauddin. Their custody remand will start from 10 am today.

ATS had sought remand for 14 days
In the special court of NIA/ATS, ATS CO Shailendra Singh Rathore had sought 14 days custody remand of terrorist Nadeem and Habibul and Vipin Kumar Rai of Sabauddin.

ATS had heard on Tuesday two separate applications filed by ATS by Special Judge Prashant Mishra. The ATS had arrested Nadeem from Saharanpur on August 12 and Habibul from Fatehpur on August 14. Both are associated with Pakistani terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed. On August 8, Sabauddin, a resident of Azamgarh, is associated with ISIS. Remand was sought for the investigation of mobile and documents recovered from them and information about the associates.

Inquiry will be done on mobile data, information of colleagues will be taken
According to ATS sources, evidence of Nadeem and Habibul’s linkage will be collected during the remand.
By confronting both of them, information will be gathered about the people associated with them. So that it becomes clear what their intention was.
What did the people of the terrorist organization sitting in Pakistan and other countries want to get done from their comrades in the state. At the same time, the network of Sabauddin arrested from Azamgarh will be searched.
