On the birthday of PM Narendra Modi, Seva Saptah started across MP. There has been a record blood donation in the blood donation camps which started from 10 am on Saturday. In eight hours i.e. from 10 am to 6 pm, 25375 people have donated blood across the state. Dhar and Bhopal districts have topped in blood donation, while Tikamgarh, Datia, Sheopur have remained behind. Blood donation camps were organized at around 90 places in Bhopal. In these, apart from all government and private blood banks, social, political organizations, NGOs also organized blood donation camps.

44289 people of the state have registered on the e-Raktkosh portal to donate blood in the blood donation campaign that started from the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Bhopal residents are at the forefront of registering for blood donation. According to the report till 6 pm on Saturday evening, maximum 8664 people have registered for donating blood in Bhopal. On the second number, 5699 people have registered in Dhar district, 3386 in Indore, 3165 in Jabalpur, 1918 in Mandsaur, 1459 in Ujjain.

Tikamgarh district has been behind in blood donation. Only 56 people registered here and only 11 people came to donate blood. While Niwari district has also been included with Tikamgarh.
