Run for Unity Run was organized in Jhabua on the 147th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The birth anniversary of the country’s first Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel is celebrated as National Unity Day.
On the occasion of National Unity Day, Run for Unity run was organized at Rajwada, Jhabua. Collector Rajni Singh, SP Agam Jain flagged off the race. Children from different educational institutions of the city, representatives of social organizations, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Raja Football Club, Good Morning Club and other organizations had reached the Run for Unity. Before the start of the race, Collector Rajni Singh administered the oath of national unity and integrity to everyone. After this the race started which reached Kalika Mata Mandir from Rajwada, via DRP line intersection or traffic garden. Where the program ended with the national anthem.
Along with the race, police personnel also took out a foot march in the city, which was led by Collector Rajni Singh and SP Agam Jain.
