Youth murdered with a stick in Bhopal: reached in-laws’ house to pick up wife, woman killed along with two brothers-in-law and mother-in-law

A young man living in Bhopal’s Kolar area was murdered at his in-laws house at Chola Mandir. From Rakshabandhan, the husband had come to give children to the wife living in the maternal house. Where she got into an argument with her in-laws. During the dispute, the woman along with her mother and two brothers killed her husband. The brother-in-law of the youth hit him in the head with an iron pipe. The accused has been an accused in five consecutive robbery cases in the year 2017. The police have arrested the accused wife, mother-in-law and both the years.

Chola Mandir station in-charge Mahendra Singh Chauhan told that Sonu Vishwakarma (31) father Khushiram lived in Kolar area. He did private work. About 8-9 years ago, he was married to a woman resident of Chola Mandir. He has two children. Has a three year old daughter and one and a half year old son. Sonu was addicted to drinking alcohol. He used to beat his wife while intoxicated. Tired of his antics, on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, the wife left both the children at her in-laws’ house and came to her maternal home. Since then she was in the house. Sonu called her many times, but she did not come.

In-laws beat up
At around 9 pm on Thursday night, Sonu, along with both the children, had reached the in-laws’ Chola temple to drop the children. Where there was a dispute with the in-laws. Wife Santoshi, mother-in-law Rukmani, brother-in-law Amar and Suresh beat him up. Meanwhile, brother-in-law Amar picked up the iron pipe and hit Sonu on the head. Due to this Sonu fell unconscious on the ground. Late night, seriously injured Sonu was admitted to LBS Hospital in Shahjahanabad. Where he died on Friday during treatment. After the incident, the police recovered the body and sent it to the PM.
