Women Deadbody In Drum: On Monday, at the main gate of Sir Visvesvaraya Terminal Railway Station (SMVT) in Bengaluru, the police found the body of a woman, which was inside a drum. According to the police, on Monday, three people came in an auto and went back keeping this drum near the main gate of the station. At the same time, the police has gathered in search of the three accused. However, the identity of the deceased woman is yet to be ascertained. But, according to the primary information, the age of the deceased woman is said to be around 35 years.
Police registered a case of murder
Police said that the body of a woman was found inside a drum near the main gate of Sir M Visvesvaraya Railway Station in Bengaluru. In Karnataka, Superintendent of Police (Railway) SK Soumyalatha told that the age of the deceased woman was between 32 and 35 years. His identity is yet to be ascertained. A case of murder has been registered. The incident comes in the wake of two similar cases reported in Bengaluru since late last year.

In the year 2022, in the second week of December, at Sir Visvesvaraya Terminal railway station, the body of an unknown woman was found in a passenger train bogie, which was filled in a yellow sack. The highly decomposed remains were found after a passenger complained of foul smell emanating from the gunny bag, which was kept in the train along with other luggage.
Girl’s rotten body found in plastic drum
On January 4, the decomposed body of a young woman was found inside a blue colored plastic drum by the railway police at the end of platform number one of Yesvantpur railway station. In this case, the police had said that the body was bought from Machilipatnam in Andhra Pradesh and was dumped at the railway station. The case is being investigated. However, the police refused to say whether these three incidents are related or not.
