Vistara flight returned mid way: Whistling sound was heard in the cockpit of the plane going from Delhi to Mumbai

DGCA has ordered an inquiry into the incident. Ground inspection did not find any fault with the aircraft.

Vistara flight going from Delhi to Mumbai returned midway. Whistling sound was heard in its cockpit, after which this step was taken as a precautionary measure. After reaching Delhi airport, ground inspection of the aircraft was done. No defects were found in the aircraft’s structure. The DGCA has ordered an inquiry into the incident.

On 4 September, Vistara Airlines’ B737-800 aircraft was operating UK 951 (Delhi-Mumbai) flight. After take-off, the pilots heard a whistling sound in the right side of the cockpit. The pilots decided to return and the flight landed safely at Delhi airport.

Vistara is a joint venture between Tata and Singapore Airlines. The airline has confirmed the incident. Officials said that after the flight returned, we arranged another flight for the passengers and took them to the destination.

There were disturbances in SpiceJet flights
Auto pilot system malfunctioned: On August 1, a SpiceJet flight from Delhi to Nashik had suddenly developed a glitch in the auto pilot system after takeoff. Due to this the flight had to return to Delhi. According to DGCA, Spice Jet B737 flight SG 8363 took off from Delhi to Nashik at 6:57 am. But the auto pilot system failed in mid-air and the flight had to return to Delhi.

Plane tire burst On August 29, the tire of a SpiceJet Boeing 737-800 aircraft burst while landing at the Mumbai airport on Monday. After this, the emergency landing of the flight coming from Delhi was made. The special thing was that even the captain of the plane did not find the fault in the landing gear of the plane.
