Youth attacking doctor Ashish in Civil Hospital Phagwara

Actually, near the railway track going to Nawanshahr, a 17-year-old youth Anish was listening to the mobile with his ear. The young man was so engrossed in listening to the phone that he did not notice the arrival of the train. The young man suffered serious head injuries after being hit by a train on the side of the railway track. The young man’s head was completely exposed.

The family members and people of the youth picked him up with immediate effect and brought him to the Civil Hospital, Phagwara. Seeing the condition of the youth, doctor Ashish Jaitley, posted on duty, first asked his family members to take him to Ludhiana or any other hospital. But the family did not agree and started pressurizing the doctor for treatment. On this, the doctor had started applying stitches to give treatment to the injured Anish that without taking any pain of the wounds, Anish died there.

When the doctor told the family about Anish’s death, their anger flared up. Anish’s family members and accompanying people started beating fiercely in the hospital of doctors and staff. Doctor Ashish Jaitley has suffered serious injuries in the assault, he himself is admitted in the hospital.

Deep anger is being found in the hospital staff after the incident like a fight after the uproar in the hospital. The staff has left work and staged a sit-in outside the hospital. The staff is raising slogans against the government regarding security and demanding the arrest of the attackers.
