Former Bangarmau MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar is serving a sentence in Tihar Jail in connection with Unnao’s famous Makhi case. In the trial, the victim was accused of framing fake documents. Continuous hearing was going on in the Unnao court regarding the case of fake TC. Last two weeks ago, the court had issued a bailable warrant, holding the plaintiff wrong. On August 3, the Unnao Court has issued a non-bailable warrant for not appearing in the court.
After which the victim filed an application in the Supreme Court against the non-bailable warrant. The hearing is to be held today. Along with staying the non-bailable warrant, the victim has also demanded to transfer the case of forged documents from Unnao Court to Delhi. This application has been given on behalf of the victim in the Supreme Court.
In 2017 the victim filed a case against Kuldeep Sengar
In the year 2017, Kuldeep Sengar was accused of kidnapping and rape by the famous victim of Makhi incident. The woman was a minor when the incident took place. The school’s TC was submitted regarding age. At that time the victim had gone to Sengar’s house to talk for a job. After which he had accused of raping her at the MLA’s house.
A case was registered against Kuldeep Sengar in Makhi Kotwali.
Claimed to be a minor in court
The victim of the Makhi incident herself claimed to be a minor at the time of the incident. The victim stated that she was below 18 years of age. For this the school’s TC was presented. But the advocate of the accused party had claimed in the court that the TC was prepared in a fake manner. About a month ago, the Unnao Court has issued NBW against the victim.
The case against the victim and her uncle is going on in the Unnao court.
The accused are serving their sentence in Tihar Jail
Kuldeep Singh Sengar, accused in the Makhi case, was sentenced to life imprisonment by the Tis Hazari Court of the CBI about two years ago. The case has accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar, who is serving his sentence in Tihar Jail. At the same time, many criminal cases have also been registered against the uncle of the victim. The hearing of which is going on in different courts of Unnao. The victim’s uncle Mahesh Singh is also lodged in Tihar Jail.
