Please tell that with the commencement of operation of Vande Bharat Express train going from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Rani Kamlapati station Bhopal, Railways hastily changed the timing of 12190 Mahakaushal Express from Nizamuddin to Jabalpur to leave Nizamuddin at 12.53. Whereas two days ago this train used to leave Nizamuddin at 2.33 pm. But the passengers who made the reservation were not informed about it.

According to the old times, when hundreds of passengers reached Ballabhgarh and Palwal stations to catch the train, they came to know that the train had already left an hour earlier. Hundreds of people returned home dejected with their belongings and children. Describing it as the negligence of the Railways, the passengers questioned why the passengers were not informed when the time was changed. ticket refund not received

According to railway rules, if a passenger’s ticket is in waiting half an hour before the departure of the train, he can get a refund. For this, the railway charges Rs 60 for sleeper class and Rs 65 for AC class. Whereas in case of confirmed ticket, half the fare is refunded up to four hours before the preparation of the chart. No refund will be given once the chart is prepared.
