Train operations affected due to heavy rains in Moradabad Rail Division: Rail track at Dibai railway station in Chandausi-Harduaganj rail section submerged in water, many trains canceled

Train operations in Moradabad Railway Division have also been affected due to continuous rain for three days. Rail tracks have been submerged in water at many places in the division. Due to which the Railways had to cancel 6 trains. If the rain continues like this, the number of canceled trains may increase.

Moradabad Railway Division Senior DCM Sudhir Singh has informed that the track at Dibai railway station of Chandausi-Harduaganj rail section of Moradabad Railway Division is completely submerged in water. Due to which the train operation is getting hampered here.
Senior DCM said that some trains on this route have been canceled due to water logging on the track. The Railways is constantly keeping a close watch on the rest of the situation.

These trains have been affected

  • Train No. 04376 (Bareilly – Aligarh Express Special) running between Bareilly and Aligarh will remain canceled on 10 October.
  • Train No. 14114 (Link Express) running between Dehradun and Subedarganj will run on 9 October instead of its scheduled route via Moradabad Chandausi – Balamau – Unnao – Kanpur Central.
  • Train No. 14113 (Subedarganj – Dehradun Express) running between Subedarganj and Dehradun will depart on 9 October from its scheduled route via Aligarh – Khurja – Hapur – Moradabad – Laksar.
  • Train No. 04377 (Aligarh – Bareilly Express Special) running between Aligarh and Bareilly will remain canceled on 9 October.
  • 04394 (Gajraula – Aligarh Express Special) running between Gajraula and Aligarh will short terminate at Chandausi station on 9 October. This train will remain canceled between Chandausi and Aligarh.
  • Train number 04393 (Aligarh – Gajraula Express Special) running between Aligarh and Gajraula will depart from Chandausi station on 10 October. This train will remain canceled between Aligarh and Chandausi.
