Laid the foundation of the Golden Temple of Amritsar

Arjun Dev ji had laid the foundation of a Gurudwara named Harmandir Sahib in the middle of the Amritsar pond built by Guru Ramdas in 1570 AD, which is currently known as Golden Temple. The foundation of this Gurudwara was given by a Sufi saint of Lahore, Sai Mian Mir ji. It is believed that the map of this Gurudwara, about 400 years old, was prepared by Guru Arjun Dev Ji himself.
