Noida Twin Towers: Actor Manit Joura, who became famous for his role of Rishabh in the Zee TV show ‘Kundali Bhagya’ in the Twin Towers of Noida, also had two flats. They have also suffered a major setback due to the demolition of the towers. Significantly, the Supreme Court had ordered the demolition of Supertech’s building ‘Twin Tower’, after which it was demolished on 28 August 2022. This has also shocked those who had bought flats in it. Manit Joura’s reaction has also come regarding this.
Manit Joura disclosed in the interview
Recently, Manit has revealed in an interview to E-Times that his father had bought two flats for him in that building. The actor said, “My father had bought two flats in Twin Towers Apex and Cyan. He bought one flat in 2011 and another in 2013 for me as an investment. We did not know that there was a case against the builders on some issues related to this construction. It was our right to know about it, but they didn’t tell us anything about it.”

Manit had filed a case against the builders eight years ago. He shared, “When we came to know about the case against him, we decided to appoint a leading lawyer. We wanted to get our money back. All these years my father had to go to court and I felt very bad that he had to do a lot at this age. In our country home is not just a flat but a feeling. My father had dreamed of buying a house at a good location, but it did not happen. The Supreme Court ruled that builders will have to pay interest on the amount paid to buyers. However, so far they have done so only for a few months. The actor also says that he had bought flats for a hefty amount, which he could not get back.
Manit Joura was saddened by the demolition of the Twin Towers
Manit Joura told that, when the Twin Towers were brought down, he was very sad. The actor said, “It was painful. I didn’t even watch the video of the demolition of the buildings and didn’t talk to my parents about it. We have received some amount from the builders, which the court ordered them to pay.” , but that amount is much less than the market value of the flats. I cannot be happy with the amount, but it is okay that the dispute is over. We have moved on.”
