After every attempt to burn the stubble was unsuccessful, the blame of the Punjab government has now fallen on the four officials of the state. In the entire country, 80 percent of the cases of stubble are coming from Punjab. The pressure of the Center is also increasing, after which now Agriculture Minister Kewal Dhaliwal has issued orders to suspend four agricultural officers of three districts of Punjab.

Agriculture Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal got a notification issued by the department after the maximum number of stubble burning cases came to light on Saturday. In which four agricultural officers of Punjab, Harbans Singh Chief Kheriwadi Officer of Sangrur, Satish Kumar Agriculture Officer from Samana Patiala, Harpal Singh Kheribadi Officer from Chauhla Sahib Tarn Taran and Rupinder Singh, Agriculture Officer from Patti Tarn Taran were suspended.
Referring to the meeting held one and a half months ago
Agriculture officer Kewal Dhaliwal told that a meeting was held with the officials one and a half months ago. In which he had explained to all the officers that the danger of stubble burning should be stopped.
For a few days, cases of stubble burning increased in some districts of Punjab. From which it came to know that the officials of that area proved unsuccessful in conveying the instructions and arrangements issued by the government to the farmers. Due to which four officers have been suspended by him.

Minister Dhaliwal said that some officers are doing a very good job. Whose record is being prepared. After the season is over, these officers will be honored after seeing the overall performance. He said that there is about a week left in the stubble burning season, so all his officers have to be warned that they should perform their duty honestly.
