Taking cognizance of this viral video of a woman being forced into a vehicle and beaten up, Swati Maliwal, Chairperson, Delhi Commission for Women, issued a notice to the Delhi Police. In this, he asked the police to ensure strict action against these people. Actually, in this video, two boys were seen pushing a girl and forcing her to sit in a white colored WagonR cab. This is also the reason that after watching this video, the police immediately registered a case of kidnapping in Mangolpuri police station.
After investigation, the police has claimed that after the altercation inside the car, the girl got down and started going somewhere. After this, both the boys were taking him back in the car. When the police traced all three, it came to know that there had been an argument between them on some old issue. Due to this, the girl got down from the cab in anger. After this, he made him sit back in the car. After this, a person walking on the road recorded the video and made it viral on social media. Police say that the statement of section 164 of the girl will be recorded.

According to the police, a video went viral on social media late on Saturday night. In which it is seen that 2 boys are pushing a girl and making her sit in the cab. As soon as this video went viral, there was a stir in the Delhi Police as well. The video was found of Mangolpuri area. After this, a case of kidnapping was registered in Mangolpuri police station late in the night. Several police teams were deployed in the investigation. In the investigation, the owner of the cab was first traced from its registration number. It was found that he is a resident of Gurugram. Police said that after finding out the address of the cab, the police team was immediately sent there.
At the same time, a police team went ahead while scanning the CCTV footage of the entire route. The police saw the same cab in the CCTV camera of IFFCO Chowk, Gurugram, from which it was found that this cab had passed through there at around 11:30 pm on Saturday. The police reached the owner of the cab and then traced the driver who was driving the cab during the night. The driver told the police that all three had boarded his cab. He was sitting to go from Rohini to Vikaspuri. He had booked the cab through Uber. Inside the car, there was an argument between the three about something and the girl got down from the cab in anger. After this both the boys again made him sit in the cab.

When all three were interrogated, it came to light that all three are friends and residents of Rohini Sector 35. The girl does a private job. All three were going together late on Saturday night. There was an argument between them on the old matter and the girl got down from the cab. After this the police came to know that there is no such thing as kidnapping in this.
DCP Harendra Kumar Singh of Outer District says that in this case the statement of section 164 of the girl will be recorded before the magistrate. So far nothing like kidnapping has come to the fore. Statements of the girl are being taken in front of the counselor of the NGO.
