It was raining all day long, but suddenly at 7:30 pm it started raining heavily. The whole city was submerged by this. In many areas including Kolar, Ashoka Garden, Shiv Nagar, Karond, Chola, Hoshangabad Road, Bavdiakalan, Nehru Nagar, Kohefiza, Shahpura, water stagnates up to two feet on the roads.
