The team returned to vacate the land of the Agriculture Department: Action stopped on the stay order of the High Court, the administration had evacuated the hospital

The team that arrived in Etah to vacate the land of the Agriculture Department returned.

The team, which reached Etah on Sunday to remove illegal occupation, had to return after the stay order of the High Court. The administration team reached Katra locality of Kotwali Nagar area to run a bulldozer at Dr. Anand Rathore’s hospital.

The police force also got the hospital evacuated to demolish it. Meanwhile, advocate Rahul Saxena, the owner of the hospital, Dr. Anand Rathore, reached the High Court with a stay order. Demolition of any kind is prohibited in the stay order.

The allegation of building a hospital on the land of the Agriculture Department

In the matter, ADM Administration Alok Kumar told that the office of the Deputy Director Agriculture is built on the land of the Agriculture Department. The doctor has occupied the remaining land and made a nursing home. Today when the administration team reached to remove the occupation, the hospital administration told that they have a stay order of the High Court, after which the team returned.
