Ram Avtar, a resident of village Sirsa in the Milak police station area of ​​Rampur, lives on rent in the Lakri area of ​​Majhola. Ram Avtar works in a factory in Zero Point Dalatpur. On the night of 4 October, the family members of Ram Avatar reached the Mundhapande police station and complained to the police about the kidnapping of Rama Avatar.

The family told the police that the kidnappers had kidnapped Ramavatar from the factory located near Dalatpur Zero Point. After the information, the team of Dalatpur outpost in-charge SI Ritesh Shukla started investigating the matter. After investigation, the police arrested the accused from a bus coming from Haldwani and made a sensational disclosure. Police say that Ram Avatar was not kidnapped, but on October 4, he intentionally went to Delhi. From there, at around 6.30 pm, as part of the conspiracy, he himself made a call to his father Naubat Singh as a kidnapper. Threatened the father that Ram Avatar would be killed if he did not give 35 thousand rupees. Frightened, the father also put 35 thousand rupees in his account to save the son’s life. Accused Ramavatar missed here. He transferred that amount to his own account. When the police checked his bank details, the truth came out. Apart from this, with the help of mobile location, the police kept chasing the accused and caught him on Friday evening. A case has been registered against the accused Ram Avatar on behalf of SI Ritesh Shukla under sections 384 and 420 of IPC at Mundhapande police station. SO Amit Kumar said that the accused was presented in the court on Saturday. From where he has been sent to jail in judicial custody.
