Delhi Crime: Mamta’s embarrassing case has come to light from New Kondli area of Delhi. Here a 20-year-old unmarried girl killed her newborn child by throwing it down from the third floor.
The case is of Jai Ambey Apartment where on Monday (January 9) an unmarried girl gave birth to a child and after a few hours threw it down from the bathroom window of the house. While giving information on the matter, the police said that the accused girl has executed this incident due to the fear of defamation in the society.

At the same time, two eyewitnesses had a special conversation with ABP News on this matter. An eyewitness told that she had just come out of her house that at the same time she heard a sound from “Dhap”. He told that I thought someone had thrown the garbage but when I saw, the newborn was in pain while moving his legs. The eyewitness woman said that she started screaming after seeing the child. Hearing her screams, two people came out and took the newborn to the hospital.

The woman who took the newborn to the hospital told that we felt that there is still life in it, so we immediately took it to the hospital. But there the doctors declared him dead. The woman told that the doctors told her that this child was born two or three hours ago.

On the matter, the DCP told that during the investigation a particular house was investigated where we found traces of blood in the dustbin. He told that when he was interrogated, the 20-year-old girl confessed to her crime. Police has registered a case against the girl under IPC sections 302 (murder) and 201 (erasing evidence of crime).
