The report will be presented in front of Health Minister Chetan Singh Jodmajra today in the matter of floor delivery in Pathankot Civil Hospital. A 4-member committee consisting of District Family Welfare Officer Dr Raj Kumar, Deputy Medical Commissioner, Dr Vandana Kundal, Gynecologist Dr Harnavneet, Senior Medical Officer Dr Indu Gupta was formed to investigate the matter. The committee was directed to summon the report by October 4. The Health Minister had said that there is a system of punishment for the government employees who are negligent while serving, according to the service rules. He said that any kind of negligence in the service would not be tolerated. Earlier, when questions started being raised on the health system of the state regarding the incident, Health Minister Chetan Singh Jodmajra was surrounded by controversial statements. He questioned the person who made the video and told him under investigation. He had said that the incident seemed planned. After this statement of the Health Minister, Congress MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira tweeted that instead of providing justice to the woman, Minister Jodmajra is making false statements.
