Thane Murder: Police have arrested two people in connection with the murder that took place on Wednesday (March 1) in Thane, Maharashtra. The deceased person was an office bearer of the Shinde faction, who was killed after being mistaken for a hawker. However, the police have identified the deceased as Ravindra Pardeshi, brother of Thane’s notorious gangster Barkya Pardeshi. After investigating the case, the police arrested 33-year-old Dhruv Patwa and 21-year-old Ashraf Hazrat Ali.

According to the police, on Tuesday (February 28) at around 10:00 pm, Ravindra Pardeshi was going home on foot near Pedhya Maruti Mandir in Jambli Naka market of Thane. During this, bike-borne assailants brutally attacked him. The assailants hit several times with chapadas, which caused serious injuries to Ravindra’s head. After this, Ravindra Pardeshi was taken to Jupiter Hospital in Thane for treatment, where doctors declared him dead at around 12:30 am on Wednesday. Actually, the attackers suspected that he was a hawker, so they attacked. Please tell that the age of the deceased Ravindra Pardeshi was 48 years and he was a resident of Kharkar Ali.
Police registered a case against unknown
According to preliminary information in the police investigation, this incident of murder took place due to a dispute over weekly recovery from hawkers in the market. In this case, the police registered a case against unknown people under sections 302 (murder) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code. At the same time, Jairaj Ranware, senior inspector of Thane Town Police Station, says that we have registered a case against the attackers. Both the accused and the deceased are hawkers and used to occupy the road opposite to each other. Enmity had arisen between the two over the road they were occupying. The accused involved in the murder were arrested and presented in the court on Wednesday. After this he has been sent to police custody.
