According to the information received about the incident, a minor living in the locality of the sanitation workers of Ward Sixteen had a dispute with the boy living in the chip house. A few days back, they had a dispute near Thengdi Park. After having dinner on Sunday night, one of these youths was sitting on the culvert in the locality behind Maharashtra Bank. Just then the second delinquent child came. He had brought the ax hidden. He attacked the young man sitting on the culvert with an ax on his head. The matter has been reported to the police.
