Survey of damage caused by heavy rains in Sagar started: Survey of crop, house, animal loss due to rain, will have to be completed by September 1

Survey work on the damage caused by heavy rains continues.

The survey of the damage caused by heavy rains has been started in Sagar district. After completing the survey work by August 31, the report will be presented in front of the collector on September 1. Collector Deepak Arya informed that survey work is being done at tehsil levels through all the sub-divisional officers and tehsildars of the district. Survey work is to be done in 2113 villages of the district. In which survey is being done for crop, house, animal and other damage caused due to heavy rains and water logging.

Sub-divisional officer Sagar Sapna Tripathi told that Tehsildar Rohit Verma has started the survey of damages under the section through all the patwaris, which will be completed by Tuesday. In sub-divisional officers Rahli, Banda, Bina, Deori, Rahatgarh, Malthoun, survey work is being done by forming joint teams by the Tehsildars. At the time of survey, the concerned farmers are also being kept with them and information is being given to them. While giving instructions, Collector Arya said that the survey of excess rainfall should be done on the spot with complete transparency and within the time-limit. The survey information should be submitted by September 1.
