The stubble will be sent to Kerala by train by making some such packets.
Fodder shortage in Kerala
Due to less cultivable land in the coastal state of Kerala, which does not produce the required fodder for the livestock, Kerala has decided to take stubble from Punjab. The name of Kerala comes after Punjab in milk production in the country. Lakhs of milk producers of Kerala will benefit from this decision of both the governments.
