Stock Market Closing On 13th October 2022: Today’s day has proved to be very disappointing for the investors of Indian stock market. The market witnessed profit-booking due to global cues. At the end of trading today, the Sensex of the Mumbai Stock Exchange closed at 57,235 points down by 390 points, while the Nifty of the National Stock Exchange closed at 17,014 with a fall of 109 points.
In today’s trading session in the market, out of a total of 3562 shares, 1309 shares closed with a gain, while 2119 shares closed with a fall. There has been no change in the price of 134 shares. While 200 shares closed with upper circuit and 180 shares closed with lower circuit. The market cap of companies listed on BSE has come down by Rs 2 lakh crore to 269.90 lakh crore.
