District Panchayat CEO Manoj Saryam got the honor in Delhi.
Topped Narmadapuram district by getting first position in ODF plus and solid and type waste management in MP. Narmadapuram district in the country’s capital Delhi got the honor for topping the state.
On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, the districts doing excellent work under the Swachh Bharat Mission were honored by the Government of India. In which Narmadapuram district topped in solid and liquid waste management. District Panchayat CEO Manoj Sariam was honored in Delhi. Under the leadership of Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh, special emphasis has been laid on rural sanitation in Narmadapuram district. Due to which the place of the district in doing ODF Plus topped in MP.
Under the guidance of Collector Singh, a meaningful initiative was taken to make the life style a clean environment by making the rural areas clean. Under solid and liquid waste management, infrastructure like compost pits, soak pits, ponds, treatment plants etc. were also started in the panchayats. Due to such construction works, priority work has been done in cleanliness. Similarly, Narmadapuram district has been a leader in the state in doing ODF plus villages. Union Cabinet Minister for Jal Shakti Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Cabinet Minister Giriraj Singh and Union Minister of State for Jal Shakti Prahlad Patel honored JIP CEO Manoj Saryam in a program organized in Delhi on 02 October. District coordinator Preeti Barkade, Block coordinator Ramkumar Gaur, Nitin Malviya, Bhavani Gadaria, Deepika Lahoria, Neha, along with other officers including Collector Neeraj Singh, Additional Collector Manoj Thakur, on behalf of the district administration got this achievement in the field of rural sanitation. Sharma, Ashish Chowdhary and others expressed happiness.
