226 new cases in last 24 hours

In the last 24 hours, 226 new cases of corona have been registered. Earlier, 243 new cases were reported in the country on Friday. At the same time, 188 new Kovid cases were registered on Thursday (December 29). Vaccination campaign is going on continuously in the country. According to the data released by the Ministry of Health, so far 95.13 crore second doses and 22.40 crore booster doses have been given. Doses have been given to 91 thousand 732 people in the last 24 hours.

How many tests have been done so far?

The daily positivity rate is 0.12%. At the same time, the weekly positivity rate is 0.15 percent. Continuous tests are also being done to detect infection with corona. In the last 24 hours, 1 lakh 87 thousand 983 tests have been done. A total of 91.07 crore Covid tests (COVID-19 Test) have been done in the country so far.

Negative report of RT-PCR is necessary

In view of the increasing threat of Corona, the central and state governments are seriously engaged in the preparations of the hospitals. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Civil Aviation has now made negative RT-PCR Test Report (RT PCR Test Report) mandatory for passengers coming from China, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand and Japan.
