Single Girl Child Scholarship Scheme: By November 14, girl students studying in class 11 will be able to apply for Single Girl Child Scholarship Scheme

CBSE Board has started the online application process for Single Girl Child Scholarship Scheme. Students who wish to get this scholarship can submit their application by visiting the CBSE website. Eligible girl students can apply till 14 November.

This scheme from CBSE for Single Girl Child Scholarship Scheme Single girl child, who has passed class 10th from CBSE school in the year 2022, is also studying class 11th from CBSE board school, can apply. Along with this, applications have also been sought by CBSE for the renewal scheme in Single Girl Child Scholarship – 2021. The verification of which will be done by November 21.

These girls can apply to join the scheme
The girl students who are the only child of their parents are eligible to apply for Single Girl Child Scholarship. The girl student should be admitted in class 10th in a school recognized by CBSE. It is necessary to have at least 60 percent marks in class 10th and 50 percent or more in class 11th to review the scholarship. Girl students should pass from such schools. Whose monthly fee does not exceed Rs.1500. NRI girl students can also take advantage of this scheme. For this the school fee should not exceed 6 thousand per month.

To encourage students towards education
The main objective of the Single Girl Child Scholarship Scheme by CBSE is to promote the students towards education. This scheme is for the meritorious girl students who leave their studies after class 10th due to financial constraints. For this, scholarship is given to the girl students for 11th and 12th ie for 2 consecutive years.
