Elon Musk: Twitter’s new owner Elon Musk has started a new poll on his social media platform. In this, he has asked users whether Wikileaks co-founder Julian Assange and former National Security Agency (NSA) contractor Edward Snowden should be forgiven?
Musk wrote in his tweet, “I am not expressing any opinion but promised to conduct this poll. Should Assange and Snowden be forgiven?” With 21 hours left, over 1 million votes have already been cast in the poll. About 79 percent people have voted ‘yes’ to forgive them.
Musk has done such polls earlier also
Please tell that both Assange and Snowden had to leave America due to leaking confidential and sensitive information. The US military and intelligence system are constantly monitoring for wrongdoings. Since taking over the micro-blogging site, Musk has often conducted similar user polls.

A poll was also made regarding Trump’s account
From reacting to Twitter rules to restoring previously blocked accounts, Musk is using these polls to make big decisions about the social media website. A few days ago, he started a similar poll, in which it was asked whether the account of former US President Donald Trump should be reinstated. Most people answered ‘yes’, after which their accounts were reactivated.
