To commemorate the 104th birth anniversary of the ninth President of India, Shankar Dayal Sharma, a program ‘Woh Jab Yaad Aaye, Bahut Yaad Aaye’ was organized at Ravindra Bhavan, Bhopal. His birthday is on 19th August. Here many well-known singers of Madhya Pradesh performed evergreen songs. Narcotics Commissioner of India Rajesh Fateh Singh Dhabre was present in the program as the special guest and artist of the program. But due to ill health, he could not give a long presentation. However, he did the first presentation of the program with the song Woh Jab Yaad Aaye, Bahut Yaad Aaye.

The program started with the lighting of the lamp. All the guests and senior artists lit a lamp in front of the picture of Saraswati Maa and Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma. During this, Dr. Vinod Gupta was conducting the stage. After this, the stage of performing on stage began.
Youngest councilor Devanshu Kasana and Uma Bharti’s private secretary Umesh Garg also attended the program as guests.
Shankar Dayal has been the Chief Minister of Bhopal State.
Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma had an important contribution in the Bhopal Vinikaran movement. After Bhopal’s accession to India, he was made the Chief Minister of Bhopal. Apart from this, Dr. Shankar Dayal has also served as the ninth President of the country. Apart from this, he was also elected the 8th Vice-President of the country.
