Delhi Crime: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from North West Delhi. Here two youths stabbed two youths for touching the scooty. Eventually the police caught both the accused. North West DCP Jitendra Kumar Meena said that the accused have been identified as Kunal alias Kunu and Pratham. Two accomplices of the accused are absconding.
The official said that the incident took place in the Bharat Nagar area at around 12 o’clock on the intervening night of 24 and 25 February. The DCP further said that we received a call about the fight and a team was immediately sent to the spot. The team found two injured persons, who were admitted to a nearby government hospital. Later the injured were identified as Rohit and Dharmendra, residents of Wazirpur. Both were injured due to knife attack.
Attacked for touching scooty
The victim told the police that four people attacked him for touching the scooty. Police after recording their statement registered an FIR and a team was formed to nab the accused. Police said they have also examined CCTV footage of the area besides questioning local residents to get clues about the accused.
Police raided and caught the accused
Police said that finally we identified them. A raid was conducted and the accused were caught. Both have accepted their involvement in the case. He further disclosed that on the night of the incident, he was roaming in the area when a scooty belonging to the complainants touched him. On which the debate started and to teach them a lesson, they stabbed the victims and fled from the spot. Police said that they are conducting raids to arrest the absconding accused.
