In this, he has given the biggest gift to the government employees of the state. The Government of Karnataka has announced that a commission will be constituted to review the salaries of state government employees. According to the report of this Seventh Pay Commission (7th Pay Commission), the salary of the state employees will be reviewed. The commission will be headed by former chief secretary Sudhakar Rao.

State employees and pensioners will benefit-
Let us tell you that after the formation of the Seventh Pay Commission of the government, lakhs of employees and pensioners of the state (Karnataka Government Employees and Pensioners) can get the benefit of increased salary and pension. Significantly, the Karnataka government had already announced that it would constitute a commission in the month of October itself. This commission was about to start its work after Diwali, but due to some reason the formation of this commission got delayed. In such a situation, now the government has announced it in the month of November itself. On the recommendations of this commission, the government will decide the salary and pension of the employees of the state. This will benefit crores of pensioners and employees of the state.

The employees have been demanding this for a long time.
The formation of the Seventh Pay Commission (7th Pay Commission Constituted for Karnataka Government) of the Government of Karnataka will benefit 6 lakh employees and pensioners of the state. It is worth noting that elections are going to be held soon in Karnataka. In such a situation, the formation of this commission of the state government and its recommendations will increase the possibility of increase in the salary and pension of lakhs of employees and pensioners of the state. Along with the announcement of the formation of the commission, the Bommai cabinet has also started the Punyakoti scheme. Through this scheme, employees of A and B grades of the state will now get financial assistance of Rs 11,000 so that they can adopt cows. With this, more than 1 lakh cows will be adopted in the state’s gaushalas.

Central government recently increased DA
The Modi government at the Center has increased the Dearness Allowance by a total of 4 percent, giving a gift to its lakhs of employees before Diwali. Along with the workers, pensioners have also got the benefit of this. The increased dearness allowance has been implemented in the government from July 2022. This decision of the government has benefited 41.85 lakh central government employees and 69.76 lakh pensioners.
