Posters being put up by BSF to reward Rs 1 lakh.
People of border villages will also keep an eye on the drones coming from Pakistan in Gurdaspur, Punjab. In July this year, a reward of Rs 1 lakh was announced for anyone who informed about the drone. After the daily movement of drones and continuous consignments of heroin and weapons in the last few days, now the Border Security Force has put up 1 lakh reward posters in the entire border areas.

To stop smuggling through drones, BSF has put up posters of reward of one lakh rupees in the border villages. The soldiers of 89 Battalion of BSF have put up posters in about a dozen villages of BOP Metla, Agwan, Bohad Pathana, Mirkachana, Momanpur, Rosa, Pakiwan, Dhidowal, Barila, Rudiana, Dostpur, Bohad Wadala, Chaud Khurd etc. In which a reward of Rs 1 lakh will be given to the person giving information about the drone.
Necessary phone numbers also issued
BSF officials have appealed to the public to share information about drugs and drones coming from Pakistan on numbers 9417809047, 9417901144, 9417809014, 9417809018, 9417901150, 01812233348, 9417901153. Apart from this, the person who caught heroin will also be rewarded. DIG Prabhakar Joshi made it clear that the names of those who gave information would be kept strictly confidential.
