This is because Putin’s brigade now has ‘no motorized vehicles’, forcing Russian soldiers to use ‘bicycles and scooters’. According to the information received, the Russian army is also facing a shortage of military equipment after the ongoing nine-month war with Ukrainian soldiers.

An audio clip has been released in which soldiers working near the town of Lyman in Donetsk, eastern Ukraine, can be heard saying, “There’s only one tank standing here and that’s everything for us now.”

Both senior and junior soldiers of Putin’s army are grappling with a lack of weapons and vehicles for movement. Disappointment is visible in the soldiers due to its lack. A soldier in Lyman then informed the Russian soldiers, “There are no vehicles here. Our company does not even have a BTR (Brontransporter – Russian Armored Personnel Carrier).”

Ukrainian army rescued four of its areas from Russian occupation
By the end of September, the city of Lyman, located in the north-eastern quarter of Donetsk Oblast, was occupied by Russian troops. After this Ukrainian troops were forced to retreat from Kharkiv and Izium, while Russian forces occupied the city after Ukrainian military offensives in the north. But the Ukrainian Armed Forces had again liberated Izium from Russian troops and also expelled Russian troops from Lyman.
A Ukrainian officer, called ‘Flagman’, who took part in the counter-attack, claimed that many Russian soldiers in Lyman were seeking to withdraw on their own and therefore did not organize themselves at the time of the attack. There was no resistance.
