- Jayas Will Protest With Cattle Today In Protest Against The Industrial Investment Area, The Administration Has Issued Prohibitory Orders

The protest is gaining momentum in the tribal areas regarding the industrial investment area to be built in Ratlam. Tribal organization Jais has given a call to take out a rally with 500 cattle at Ratlam district headquarters today. Bring which there is a tussle between the tribal organizations and the administration. For the last 3 days, the officials of the administration were reaching the rural areas to inform and explain the benefits to the people from the industrial investment sector. Due to which the investment area has got the support of many villagers, but to maintain law and order, the administration has imposed section 144 on Jayas’s call to protest at the district headquarters. At the same time, a large number of police forces have also been deployed in Ratlam city in view of the possible protests.
Industrial investment area is to be made on 1466 hectares of government land in Ratlam district. In protest against this, the organizations of the tribal area are going to protest in Ratlam today. These organizations allege that the land of cattle grazing along with the tribals will be taken in this project and the environment is also being tampered with. Ratlam Collector Narendra Kumar Suryavanshi and officials associated with the investment sector have been reaching out to the rural areas and interacting with the people for the past three days in view of the growing opposition to the industrial investment sector in the tribal areas. The Collector has assured the farmers of the tribal area that the private land of any farmer will not be encroached upon. Also, polluting industries will not be set up in this investment area. The government plans to bring a mega logistic park and textile industry here. Due to which the local people will also get employment.
However, despite the prohibitory orders being issued, the leaders of the tribal organization are adamant on taking out the rally in protest. Regarding which the police and administration are on alert mode.
