The SSP has given instructions that all the station in-charges along with the traffic police will take care of the arrangements in their respective areas.
There will be a route diversion in Aligarh for the next three days and heavy vehicles and buses will not be able to enter the city. In view of the festival of Dhanteras, Diwali, this arrangement has been made by the traffic police.
The city markets are crowded during festivals. Due to which a situation of traffic jam is created. The police have implemented diversion and no-entry system to protect the general public. This arrangement will remain in force on October 22, 23, and 24.
External diversion (7 am to 11 pm)
,All heavy vehicles coming towards the city from Boner Tiraha, Ozone City Cut will be banned. These vehicles will be able to go to their respective destinations by diverting from Boner Tiraha.
,All heavy vehicles coming towards the city from Sarsaul intersection will be banned. These vehicles will be able to go to their respective destinations by diverting from Sarsaul intersection.
,All heavy vehicles coming towards the city from Ramghat Road, Atrauli will be banned. These vehicles will be able to go to their respective destinations by diverting from Quarsi intersection.
,All heavy vehicles coming from Mathura towards Sasnigate city will be restricted towards Sasnigate intersection. These vehicles will be able to go to their respective destinations by diverting from the new bypass under Mathura Road Mathura Bridge.
,All heavy vehicles coming from Agra side towards Sasnigate city will be restricted towards Sasnigate intersection. These vehicles will be able to go to their respective destinations by diverting from Agra Road, New Bypass under Agra Bridge.
In-City Diversion (12 PM to 11 PM)

The entry of all types of e-rickshaws, tempos, four wheelers in the Center Point market will be strictly prohibited. Vehicles coming from the following places will be stopped from coming towards Center Point.
1-From State Bank to Center Point.
2-From Madhepura towards Center Point.
3-From Maris Road to Center Point.
4-From Gandhi Eye towards Center Point.
5-From Atrauli Adda Ramghat Road towards Center Point.
Parking will be arranged here
1-Premises having reservation counter near Madhepura Tiraha Railway Station.
2-Both sides of the road from Maris Road intersection to Kelanagar intersection.
3-Road side near SBI Tiraha towards railway line.

Entry of all e-rickshaws, tempo, four wheelers will be restricted on Mahavirganj market, railway road. Vehicles coming towards the market from the following routes will be stopped.
1-From Baradwari I towards Mahavirganj
2-From Baradwari II towards Mahavirganj
3-Sabzi Mandi intersection towards Mahavirganj.
4-From Abdul Karim Chauraha towards Mahaviganj.
5-From Meerumal intersection to Sabzi Mandi intersection towards Uparkot.
6-From Madargate to Phool Square.
7-From Mamu Bhaja Tiraha towards Meerumal Square.
8-From Coverkutta Tiraha to Meerumal Square.
9-From Sasnigate intersection towards Jaiganj.
10-From Bannadevi towards Gular Road and Raghuveerpuri from Tirahe with Fire Service.
11-From Masoodabad Tirahe towards Jamirabad Crossroads.
12-From Rasalganj intersection towards Malkhan Singh Hospital.
14-From Dehligate intersection towards Kanvariganj.
