Rohtak rapist property dealer gets life imprisonment: Delhi minor was raped in Jhajjar, revealed when she was pregnant

Haryana’s Jhajjar court has sentenced the rapist property dealer to life imprisonment. The one who had forcefully raped a minor who had come to give water in 2019 and later continued to rape. Due to which she also became pregnant. A fine of 1 lakh 5 thousand has also been imposed on the accused property dealer, a resident of CM’s village, who carried out this incident.

The Court of Additional Sessions Judge Hemraj has imposed rigorous imprisonment for life and fine of Rs 1 lakh to property dealer Ajay Singh Nehra alias Monu under POSCO Act. In case of non-payment of fine, a provision of additional punishment of 1 year has been made. On the other hand, under Section 506 IPC for threatening, a sentence of one year and a fine of Rs 5,000 has been imposed.

The property dealer used to visit the minor victim’s house
The family of a 15-year-old minor from Delhi was earlier living on rent in a village in Jhajjar district. In the neighborhood of his house, Ajay Singh Nehra alias Monu, a resident of Shiv Nagar of village Nindana Hall, Hisar, Rohtak, had an office of a property dealer. Who used to come and go to the victim’s house to get water. Sometimes, when he used to call for water, she would also go to give water.

Physical relations made in 2019
The victim told that in the year 2019, she went to give water to Ajay Singh Nehra, when she sent a person present in the office outside. After this, after calling the victim in the room, forcibly made physical relations with her. Also threatened that if I tell anyone about this, I will kill the whole family.

Made pressure to marry elder sister
The victim did not tell anyone anything out of fear. After this, the accused Ajay continued to rape her. Even the accused property dealer started pressurizing and threatening the family members to marry the victim’s elder sister. Due to which his entire family left the rented house and came to Delhi.

Abused even after going to Delhi
Accused Ajay last raped the minor on 22 May 2020. After this, the accused followed them and reached Delhi as well. Abused while standing in the street. Because of which he called the police. After this the accused apologized and released him.

After this, the minor victim had severe pain in her stomach. After which his parents took him to the hospital for treatment. There it was learned that the minor had become pregnant and had a child in her womb. When the parents asked the daughter, she told the whole incident. After this, the complaint of the case was given to the police.
