Coronavirus Cases In Chhattisgarh: Corona epidemic is once again spreading its wings in Surajpur district of Chhattisgarh. Recently, 17 girl students were found corona infected together in the Kasturba Gandhi residential hostel operated in Surajpur Nagar. Due to this, the district administration and health department are in shock. Here in the district, Korana infection is spreading rapidly in urban areas as well as in rural areas.
According to the medical bulletin issued by the Health Department, a patient was tested through RTPCR in the district. Whereas antigen test was done for 313 patients. A total of 314 corona samples were tested. Out of this, 26 patients have been found corona positive. Out of this, 4 patients have been confirmed infected from District Panchayat Surajpur Rural, 7 from Bhaiyathan, 2 in Odgi, 1 in Pratappur and 5 in Ramanujnagar. At the same time, 7 positive patients have been confirmed in Surajpur urban area. With this, the number of corona infected patients has increased to 74 in the district.
Five patients were discharged
On Thursday, five infected patients were discharged after getting healthy. Rest of the patients are being treated in home isolation. Here, in view of the increasing Korana epidemic, the district administration has appealed to wear masks under the Kovid protocol. Along with this, an appeal has been made to the elderly patients of diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney and cancer not to go to crowded places. Along with this, the police and the administration have also appealed to the residents of the district not to propagate misleading news. The district administration and health staff have come into action mode due to the rising figures of Corona in the district. Following the instructions of the state government, the corona investigation has also been intensified in the district.
In view of the increasing corona cases, the administration has also started necessary preparations. On the instructions of the district administration, the Health Department also conducted a mock drill of Corona. At the same time, along with the district hospital, the administration is constantly appealing to wear masks in public places as well. District collector Ifft Ara is constantly keeping an eye on the health department regarding Corona. At the same time, after corona investigation in ashrams and hostels, testing can also be done in schools. Preparations are complete for this also.
Continuously increasing cold, cough patients
In the common symptoms of corona, antigen test is being done for patients suffering from cold and cough. At the same time, there is a continuous increase in the patients of cold, cough and fever in the health centers including the district hospital. The health staff has also issued necessary instructions in all the health centers of the district under the guidelines of Corona.
