Relatives of the deceased student met Shamli DM.
On Tuesday, the local business leaders and relatives met the District Magistrate in the case of the death of a girl student who overturned in an e-rickshaw in a pothole on the road in Shamli. The relatives demanded registration of FIR against the negligent officials in the matter. At the same time, the District Magistrate accepted the mistake of the administration and assured to cooperate with the families of the victims and make all the roads pothole-free soon.
Let us inform that on Monday, class IX student List Agarwal was killed when an e-rickshaw full of schoolgirls overturned in a pit near Lavanya Hotel on Kairana Road in Sadar Kotwali area. After the incident, there is anger among the traders towards the officials. Today, along with Akash Garg from Vyapar Mandal, Rotary Club Shamli and other organizations, the victim’s family reached the office of District Officer Jasjit Kaur.
