Rekha Jhunjhunwala’s stake in Tata Communications, which used to be 1.1 per cent till June 30 in the first quarter of the current financial year, has increased to 1.6 per cent on September 30, 2022.
Rekha Jhunjhunwala holds a total of 45,75,687 shares of Tata Communications whose value is Rs 537.7 crore. This has come to the fore from the disclosure of the company’s shareholding pattern for the quarter ended September 30. Since this news has come from the market, the share of Tata Communications is seeing a boom. The stock has climbed 3 percent in the last three days and on Monday also the stock is trading at Rs 1175 with a jump of about 1 percent. In the same year, on January 17, 2022, the stock has also traded at an upper level of Rs 1591, then on June 15, 2022, the stock had rolled down to the level of Rs 856. But it is believed that after increasing the stake of Rekha Jhunjhunwala, there has been a jump of 37 percent in the stock from the lower levels.
