When the police suspected that the accused Aftab Amin Poonawala had thrown the weapon in these forests after killing his ‘live-in-partner’ Shraddha Walker. Let us tell you that the police recovered a black polythene bag from the forest on Friday. There was something in the polythene bag but what was there could not be confirmed. Sources reveal that there were some pieces of Walker’s body in that black colored polythene. However, Shraddha’s head has still not been found.

Clothes will be sent for forensic examination

Police sources told that they also took all the clothes of the house in their custody. Now they will be sent for forensic investigation. However, these do not include the clothes that Poonawalla and Walker were wearing on the day of the murder on May 18. Also, Poonawala’s office colleague, whom Shraddha used to call and narrate her ordeal, is likely to be questioned.

According to the police, Poonawalla allegedly strangled his ‘live-in partner’ Shraddha Walker (27) to death on the evening of May 18 and cut her body into 35 pieces. The accused kept the pieces of the dead body in the refrigerator of his house for about three weeks. He kept throwing the pieces of the dead body in different parts of the city for several days. In these, the police have so far recovered 13 pieces of the dead body. Also, accused Poonawalla is being taken to various places in South Delhi to find out more pieces of the body.
