Police action against illegal firecrackers continues in Delhi. This time the police have arrested two people by confiscating two hundred and fifty kilos of illegal firecrackers in North Delhi. The accused are originally from Haryana, who sell seasonal items during the festival season. Their plan was to steally sell firecrackers at high prices during Diwali.

DCP North District Sagar Singh Kalsi said that there is a ban on firecrackers in Delhi, due to which the police are constantly keeping an eye on people selling and storing firecrackers illegally. In this sequence, on October 15, information about illegal firecrackers being stored near Lahori Gate Chowk was received.

After which the AATS team raided the mentioned place and caught two people. They were identified as Ishant and Ishaan. Police seized two hundred and fifty forts of illegal firecrackers from them.
